We have committed every year to present the NYCIFF Humanitarian Award the most distinguished Award of NYCIFF to an Institution and or a person whose incredible effort to help those in need in changing their life.

In 2013 We had the honor to present the Humanitarian Award to Professor Rafi Bayar and the RAMBAM Health Care Center, in Haifa Israel for their contribution to saving and extending the lives of those in a zone under constant attack and for spearheading a medical, scientific and social mission on behalf of healthcare in Northern Israel.
RAMBAM Health Care Center and its team of Doctors from Israel and the Arab countries are doing an incredible job in helping those in need, without Discrimination. This was more than enough for us to consider the honor of presenting our humble Humanitarian Award to Professor. Rafi Behar director of RAMBAM.
