3rd Annual NYCIFF Free Screenings to the Public in Times Square

August 11 – 14, 2012

For the 3rd year the public will have the opportunity to enjoy our NYCIFF Times Square Free Screenings in Father Duffy Square.

Free movies will be shown daily from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the NYCIFF 16’ x 14’ ft. LED screen. The movies are family-friendly, short narratives for visitors and New Yorkers of all ages. Two feature films are shown each evening with a red carpet, celebrities from the films, and photo opportunities.

NYCIFF has established Times Square as the center for the international film community, and as a venue to screen the best of the world in the following categories: Narrative Feature Films, Narrative Short Films, Animated Films and Documentaries.

This year the NYCIFF has created Children’s Day dedicating Sunday, August 12th to entertain children of all ages in Times Square.  Animated and narrative short films from the NYCIFF 2012 program will be screened and maybe a little live entertainment!

Children’s Day begins at 10:00 am and runs until 5:00 pm on August 12th, 2012.

Don’t miss this superb opportunity to expose your brand and advertise your products and services to the estimated 1.6 million people who visit Times Square each day.
